Password Portal Guide

1. This portal is used to change the password for the following portals: (HR Clearance Portal, MMIS Portal).
2. You must have an authorization code to be able to change your password.
   

   To request for authentication code:

1. Input your Employee Number in the field above.
2. Click "Request Code" button.
3. Wait for the Authorization code that will be sent to your enrolled Email Address.
4. When you receive the email with the code. Go to the second tab ("Change Password")
5. Input the Authorization Code, Your Old Password, and your desired new password.
6. When everything is matched. You will be successful in changing your password, a confirmation message will appear.
